DRIVING LICENSE AND VEHICLES

As a general rule all residents can import a car and pay just 4.5% import duty and taxes (for Hybrid cars the import tax can be as low as 1%). There is also import available for classic cars over 25 years old.New residents can own an Andorran registered vehicle. In order to drive legally you will require an Andorran driving license within 12 months of relocation
