After 6 international relocations all over the world we moved our family to Andorra. Without a doubt Andorra relocation experience has been the best. We loved the attention and dedication of Silvia and Marta. They are extremely professional, serious, and clear on what we needed for the relocation. We were surprised at how easy everything was going and before we realized it, we had our home, our papers, our bank account, our driver’s license, lawyer, our kids were at school, and were up and running. Since then, they helped us in many ways: they helped us get residence papers for a Philippine housekeeper that has been with us for years and we wanted to maintain her with our family (getting residency permit for foreign housekeepers is not an easy issue), Silvia and Marta showed us how well connected and how efficient they are.
They also helped us set up a company in Andorra. Also, they took care of our residence renovation after two years in the country.
To be sincere they are more than a relocation company, they become our “go to person” for many things and it is just a great pleasure to get their “always on”, “always positive” response. We really appreciate them, and we are very grateful for everything they did for us. Their attention, help, and support has been way more than traditional or standard service. We do not have any relationship with any of the people that helped us relocate 6 times in other countries, but we have a beautiful relationship with this magnificent RelocAnd team, which show the difference in their extraordinary service. Having recently decided to relocate to Andorra from Switzerland, my husband and I had looked at a variety of local relocation companies to help us. Of those companies, Silvia and Marta from RelocAnd stood out heads and shoulders above any of the others, and this from the outset.
In addition to their excellent network of local connections, their warm and extremely client-oriented approach made us feel in safe hands from the moment we met them. Marta and Silvia not only had very clear and readily available information and answers to our questions and queries, but also made very useful suggestions of issues we had not thought of, making the whole process of moving to Andorra smooth sailing and without any waste of time, which, when dealing with a variety of government offices, may not necessarily be the case! They accompanied us every step of the way, negotiating the sometimes-tricky maze of official channels and other administrative obstacle courses, smoothly and easily, always with a smile! From the smallest questions of where to find a cleaning lady to how to import a car or fiscal matters - you can always count on getting a quick and useful answer from RelocAnd, in Catalan, Spanish or in English.

When we decided to relocate to Andorra, we had very little knowledge of the area, the customs, the regulations, and no knowledge of Spanish or Catalan! RelocAnd (Marta and Silvia) were involved in our relocation process every step of the way including immigration; our Dalmatian dog; logistics for our possessions coming from outside Europe; purchasing of a car; finding a home and builders; doctors; dentists; restaurants - I could go on but the page would be filled.
These ladies are excellent.
In addition, they went (and continue to go) above and beyond in assisting us with any issues that come up on a daily basis and ensuring our easy integration. We would not hesitate to recommend RelocAnd to anybody moving to Andorra. With much appreciation

When our family was considering a relocation to Andorra, we contacted a few different relocation support services we'd found online. We were keen to select for professionalism and detail orientation, as we were moving with kids and selling our house in the US, and thus would not have practical back-up plan if anything went awry.

It took very little time for us to feel comfortable with Silvia and Marta driving the process, which is notable given that we are unapologetic control freaks ourselves.
But we got a lot more than professionalism and detail orientation from Silvia and Marta. Something we did not expect, and that we could not appreciate until we received it.
We got genuine empathy and emotional investment from them both. They are parents themselves with busy schedules, and they inherently understood the stress such a move can bring for even the most laid-back characters attempting such a relocation. They made us feel cared for throughout the whole process. If you can imagine that your sister or mother was looking after your emotional well-being while also helping you establish your life in a new country? Well, it felt like that. We came to feel that they simply would not let anything negatively affect us along the relocation journey. Like they were looking out for us in every way.
Suffice it to say, we adore them both, and we love it here in Andorra. We recommend them without reservation. With Marta and Silvia, we got a smooth relocation to Andorra, but also advocacy and friendship that exceeded anything we might have expected.
